IMT specialises in customised microstructures and microlithographic solutions on glass and other substrates. We master coating techniques and the structuring of these coatings into microstructures and precision gratings – down into the sub-micrometer range. Working closely with our customers and partners, our service offering is the coating and structuring of metallic and dielectric/optical coatings. For example optical reticles, delineated optics, electro-optical modulators, gratings, wave guides, optical calibration plates and photomasks. End products are complex, metallic and dielectric microstructures - in large series or one-off production.
